SIX-MONTH COMMITMENT

We ask for you to commit to six months to ensure you develop healthy, sustainable habits that can withstand all the ups and downs life throws at you-- holidays, vacations, hectic work weeks, family stressors -- all of which can derail your progress. If it seems like a big commitment, it is. But, don’t you think you’re worth it?

 

Get the accountability and motivation you need to reach your health goals with our six-month, one-on-one health coaching program. As your health coaches, we’re here to support you in your personal health journey, and to help you create long-lasting positive changes.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Over the course of your program, we’ll meet twice a month to discuss your current struggles, set goals, and apply simple and sustainable changes to your daily routine. We take a holistic approach to your health by looking at imbalances in your life that could be causing unhealthy habits or behaviors. Areas such as nutrition, sleep quality, lifestyle, movement, relationships, stress, or anything else in between that can impact your health may come up during sessions.
